About usOur Story
Rogue Salad Co. was founded by two experienced restaurateurs, Erica Ritchie and Karen Irving, who were inspired to start a healthy fast-casual restaurant due to the lack of nourishing food options in their area.
They started making salads for themselves and their staff, and the idea of a fast-casual restaurant providing healthy and nutritious food was born. The focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a menu emerged from their own personal commitment to healthy eating. Rogue Salad Co. is dedicated to providing their local community with convenient, nutritious, and delicious food options.
Rogue Salad Co. offers options suitable for various dietary lifestyles. For keto and paleo followers, meats, nuts, seeds, and non-starchy veggies can provide healthy fats and protein. Macro dieters can opt for plant-based protein sources like beans, lentils, and tofu or our traditional proteins like chicken, steak, shrimp or egg. Vegan and vegetarian diets are entirely plant-based and can help reduce carbon footprint while consuming nutrient-dense foods. For those with health concerns, such as diabetes or inflammation, plant-based foods can offer essential nutrients without sugar and allergens.
